Delivery of “SVITZER SUEZ 1” & “SVITZER SUEZ 2” Escort Tug For Svitzer Egypt LLC

Successful delivery of two escort tugs SVITZER SUEZ 1 (delivered on 26th Oct 2021) and SVITZER SUEZ 2 (delivered on 4th Nov 2021) from Cheoy Lee Shipyards Ltd. and Hin Lee (Zhuhai) Shipyard Co., Ltd in Zhuhai, China for the Owner SVITZER Egypt LLC. The two sister vessels are +70 tonnes bollard pull RASTAR 2800-CL tugs, designed by Robert Allan Ltd, with 2 x Cat 3516C, 3151 hp engines and 2 x Fixed Pitch Propellers. Star MarinePro are pleased to have assisted Owner with site supervision for this project. Four more sister tugs are in progress at the same yard. We are looking forward to seeing them in the near future.
